- For deep frying you can easily substitute refined oil with ghee/mustard oil/olive oil. All these substitutes are very healthy and really great alternatives.
- For making parathas you can use ghee or mustard oil.

Here are some recipes that i successfully prepared without using refined oil. And they turned out to be so tasty and is completely healthy as well. Some famous snacks like donuts, shahi tukda, mathris, and nachos can be healthy as well as tasty. Try them and you will never use refined oil for these snacks.
- Refined sugar has no as such natural ingredients to cause you something good instead they work no less than poison if consumed a lot.
- It also increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases like heart risks, etc.
- Functioning of immunity system is also effected by refined sugar.
- Sugar increases blood sugar level and accelerates aging.
- Increase the chances or diabetes, and obesity is inevitable.
- Tooth decay is most common among children due to refined sugar.
Thus, it can be seen the way refined sugar can affect our body and is specially dangerous for children and diabetic patients. But here are are the alternates.
- You can replace refined sugar with brown sugar/ Mishri (crystalized sugar lumps) /jaggery /stevia.
- Mishri should be the threaded one, not the refined one.
- Jaggery has always been a great and healthy option.
- Stevia are available in the market in form of powder, leaves or tablets, where any of them can be used depending on convenience.
- Brown sugar is easily available substitute for refined sugar.

REFINED FLOUR/ ALL PURPOSE FLOUR/ MAIDA
- All purpose flour raises blood sugar and insulin, causing metabolic dysfunction.
