This is the best quinoa pudding you will ever taste. Also, this recipe is also good as quinoa pudding breakfast.

This recipe do not require much time and effort. Even kids can make this. Just a few steps and a little bit of wait, and you have this dessert ready in your bowl.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cup Quinoa
  • 3.5 cups Milk
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Condensed Milk
  • ¼ cup Nuts

Steps for quinoa pudding

  • Take 1/2 cup of quinoa. Wash and rinse it properly and keep it aside.
  • In a pan, boil 3.5 cups of milk for 5 minutes.
  • Now add washed and rinsed quinoa to it.
  • Cook quinoa in the milk for 15 minutes on medium flame.
  • After that, bring the flame to the lowest and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • At this stage, add brown sugar and condensed milk to it. Stir for a couple of minutes.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • Garnish with some chopped cashews, raisins, fox nuts, almond and pistachio. (You can go for your favorite nuts)
  • Quinoa dessert is ready.

Important Notes for quinoa pudding

1. If you wish, you can skip condensed milk and then add equal amount of sugar as condensed milk.
2. I have used crushed threaded mishri in this recipe. You can use brown sugar or even jaggery in it. Therefore, keep in mind that taste will differ from regular if you will add jaggery.
3. You can choose your favorite nuts combination to add in this recipe.
4. Use only full cream milk.
5. Do not forget to wash and rinse quinoa along with allowing it to rest for 5 minutes after rinsing.
